Conveyor Style Parts Washers

This is the right equipment for light cleaning and de-oiling in a high production environment. Hydro-Blast Inc. manufactures two standard models for single stage, wash only, cleaning. Rinse and Dry options are available. How it works: A variable speed steel mesh conveyor belt moves your parts. Three spray bars on the 400 and four spray bars on the 500 are located inside the spray cabinet. The 400 has a removable hood. The 500 has a pull-up door. Both allow quick access to the wash chamber. Who uses it: Hydro-Blast conveyors are used by companies that require high volume cleaning and labor reduction system. Hydro-Blast conveyors are custom engineered to do both. Conveyor users include manufacturing or remanufacturing companies that need to remove machine oils, coolants, drawing compounds and other contaminates. Hydro-Blast Inc. will custom engineer a unit tailored to meet your specific cleaning needs. Multi stage washes, rinses and drying are available options. Why use it: Environmental regulations are mandating the phase out of may chlorinated solvents and ozone depleting chemicals that have been the main stay for cleaning. A Hydro-Blast pass-through conveyor is an environmentally sound replacement for solvent washing, vapor degreasing and other antiquated methods. Aqueous Parts Washers do not deplete the ozone and use no Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) . Aqueous cleaning compounds have a very low level of toxicity and are not flammable.
