The Design: Hydro-Blast uses a heavy duty
industrial design. The machines are constructed of mild steel and powder
coated for chip, scratch and corrosive resistance. Each unit is engineered
for trouble free maintenance and operation. Each seam is welded water
tight, and there are no door gaskets to leak or wear out.
The small footprint allows you to place a large
capacity washer in a limited space. Stainless steel and many other options
are available.
High Capacity Turntable: The turntable is
structurally designed to handle some of the highest load capacities in the
industry. It is supported by a single hardened steel ball which requires
no lubrication. It is built with uprights o n both sides of the turntable
so you can chain large parts or hang small parts baskets. Plus, it is
simple to remove for unobstructed access to the unit's floor for easy
solids removal. All Hydro-Blast cabinet style
aqueous parts washers open from both the front and top for easy access.
Each unit also comes standard with a push button turn table jog switch.
High Impact Cleaning Jets: The turntable is
surrounded on all sides with zero degree spray jets, each designed to
provide three times the impact of a fan nozzle. The jets are staggered to
provide an uninterrupted spray for maximum coverage and cleaning action.
The spray bar is designed with a flush system for easy cleaning of clogged
jets. There are no valves or spray bars to adjust and no nozzles to remove
and clean.
