Hydro-Blast, Inc. Hydro-Vap  Wastewater Evaporation Systems are designed to reduce disposal cost and to eliminate wastewater discharge.

PARTS WASHERS    Washing parts can be very time and labor intensive. A HYDRO-BLAST parts washer cleans while skilled employees remain productive. Simply load the parts, close the door and set the timer and parts are cleaned automatically. HYDRO-BLAST machines use high pressure spray jets to clean with hot water and biodegradable soap. They will replace a conventional solvent-type parts washer, which means there will be no more cracked hands and hazardous fumes to worry about. Money savings are accomplished through reduced hauling costs, insurance, and other liability associated with handling hazardous materials. A machine will often pay for itself in less than a year.

Aqueous Cabinet Style Parts Washers

Conveyor Style Pass Through Parts Washers

Used for cleaning in high production environments. Common users include manufacturing and remanufacturing companies for removing machine oils, coolants, drawing compounds and other contaminates.

EVAPORATION SYSTEMS   Almost all industries have wastewater that they need to dispose of. Most wastewater can no longer be dumped into the sewer. Many business simply don't want the sewer discharge accountability and liabilities that come with dumping wastewater down the drain. By evaporating the water portion, up to 95% reduction in volume can be obtained. We can provide a Material Stream Assessment (MSA) test for a nominal fee. This test, along with your Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), will determine if your waste stream is a candidate for evaporation.

Wastewater Evaporation Systems

Reduces wastewater streams by up to 95% through a heating and evaporation process. Significant cost savings through reduced hauling and disposal fees, and elimination of potential fines associated with spills and non-compliance.
